XCleanner Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the use of XCleanner, a product operated by INGEK S.A.S.. By using the app or this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
XCleanner helps users review local storage, media, documents, and optional connected mail accounts to identify cleanup opportunities and user-confirmed actions.
2. User control and responsibility
- The user is responsible for reviewing and confirming cleanup or deletion actions before they are applied.
- The user is responsible for keeping account credentials and connected-provider access secure.
- The user must connect only accounts and data they are authorized to manage.
3. Optional Google and mail-provider access
Some XCleanner features require the user to connect Gmail or another provider using OAuth. That access is optional and is used only to deliver the mail-review and cleanup features requested by the user.
4. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or retire parts of the product from time to time. We may also update these Terms when the product or legal requirements change.
5. Payments
Paid products, subscriptions, trials, and purchase flows are governed by the storefront or payment channel used for the transaction, in addition to these Terms.
- Website checkout payments are processed by Wompi. XCleanner authorizes delivery only after the payment provider reports an approved transaction whose reference, product, amount, currency, and buyer email match the server-created order.
- A website download token is personal, time-limited, and usable once. The buyer is responsible for saving the installer and, for macOS, the personal license key shown after authorization.
- Direct Android and macOS licenses are limited to one bound app/device identity. There is no public self-service transfer; a legitimate transfer request must be reviewed through support.
- App Store and Google Play purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the applicable store rules. Website-payment refund or dispute requests should be sent to support and remain subject to the payment channel and applicable law.
- A product is not offered for checkout while its current release artifact or required license service is unavailable.
6. Disclaimer
XCleanner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Users should keep their own backups and review actions carefully before removing content.

Estos Términos regulan el uso de XCleanner, producto operado por INGEK S.A.S.. Al usar la aplicación o este sitio web, aceptas estos Términos.
1. Descripción del servicio
XCleanner ayuda a revisar almacenamiento local, multimedia, documentos y cuentas de correo opcionales para identificar oportunidades de limpieza y ejecutar acciones confirmadas por el usuario.
2. Control y responsabilidad del usuario
- El usuario debe revisar y confirmar las acciones de limpieza o eliminación antes de aplicarlas.
- El usuario debe proteger sus credenciales y el acceso a proveedores conectados.
- Solo deben conectarse cuentas y datos que el usuario esté autorizado a gestionar.
3. Acceso opcional a Google y correo
Algunas funciones requieren conectar Gmail u otro proveedor mediante OAuth. El acceso es opcional y se usa exclusivamente para las funciones de revisión y limpieza solicitadas.
4. Disponibilidad y cambios
Podemos mejorar, cambiar, suspender o retirar partes del producto y actualizar estos Términos cuando cambien el servicio o los requisitos aplicables.
5. Pagos
- Las compras del sitio se procesan mediante Wompi. XCleanner autoriza la entrega solo cuando la transacción está aprobada y coinciden referencia, producto, importe, moneda y correo con la orden creada por el servidor.
- El token de descarga web es personal, temporal y de un solo uso. El comprador debe guardar el instalador y, en macOS, la licencia personal mostrada tras autorizar.
- Las licencias directas de Android y macOS admiten una identidad de app/dispositivo. No existe transferencia pública automática; una solicitud legítima debe revisarse por soporte.
- Compras, renovaciones, cancelaciones y reembolsos de App Store o Google Play siguen las reglas de la tienda. Las solicitudes relativas a pagos web deben enviarse a soporte y quedan sujetas al canal de pago y la ley aplicable.
- Un producto no se ofrece para pago mientras su artefacto actual o servicio de licencia requerido no esté disponible.
6. Limitación
XCleanner se ofrece según disponibilidad y en la medida permitida por la ley. El usuario debe mantener sus propias copias de seguridad y revisar cuidadosamente cualquier acción antes de eliminar contenido.
